When is the Free Unlimited Fun Pass on your birthday offer valid?

The Free Unlimited Fun Pass on your Birthday offer is valid through December 31, 2013. It is only valid on your birthday, no exceptions.

Is this offer good for all ages?

Yes! Kids, moms, dads, anyone can celebrate their birthday with an Unlimited Fun Pass at Wahooz.

What kind of proof of birth date do I need to show at Wahooz ticket counter?

A driver's license, passport, or government issued ID including a photo and date of birth. For children, an original or certified copy of a state or hospital issued birth certificate. School IDs or kids security IDs are not deemed government issued and will not be accepted.

If I can't come on my birthday can I use my Free Unlimited Fun Pass on another day?

Unfortunately, no. The Free Unlimited Fun Pass is valid ONLY on your birthday. This is because if we let guests come within the week or month of their birthday most everyone would choose to come on the weekends, when Wahooz is already at its busiest. Also, we have thousands of people registered, so exceptions could quickly get out of hand for our staff.

Can I give my free Unlimited Fun Pass to someone else?

No, it is only for the birthday person to use.

Is there an age requirement for online registration?

Yes, you must be 13 years of age or older to register. If you're under 13 please have a parent or guardian register themselves first, then sign you up as a family member.

What if I am booking a birthday party package at Pinz?

If the birthday party is on your actual date of birth then you can use your Free Unlimited Fun Pass (be sure to register online and bring your proof of birth date). If the party isn't on your actual birthday then you'll have to purchase a party package.

What if I can't register online or print out my confirmation sheet?

If you can't register online you can simply bring proof of your birth date to the Wahooz counter to receive your Free Unlimited Fun Pass. You also aren't required to register, or to have your email confirmation sheet.
